Below is the form to register online. If you are unable to register online, please complete the registration form found in the May or April 2026 Bath Country Journal and mail or drop-off with your check for $30 to: Michaels Workshop c/o BBA

Only locations in Bath Township, Summit County, Ohio, will be accepted and appear in the final map.
