The Road Rally, Dinner and Awards will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026 starting and ending at Crown Point Ecology Center, 3220 Ira Road, Bath Township, Ohio 44333

The fun starts at 1PM at the schoolhouse with the Bath Township Historical Society's annual Ice Cream Social. This kid-friendly event will feature activities, cake, ice cream and lemonade, courtesy of the Bath Township Historical Society and The Bake Shop in Ghent.  While this segment of the day is free, donations will be gladly accepted.

 

The Road Rally will start from Crown Point Ecology Center, 3220 Ira Road at 3PM. This year's Road Rally theme, "America 250" invites participants on an exciting journey along the scenic roads, rural byways, and historic hamlets of Bath Township, Summit County.  Each participant will be given an instruction sheet filled with photos, questions, and activities to complete. Don't worry, it's not all work and no play! There will be prizes up for grabs, and swag bags donated by local businesses, which will be presented at the Buffet dinner following the rally. Road Rally fee of $18 per car.

Check-in begins at 2:30pm to receive your instruction packet.
 

Starting at 4:30PM, you're welcome to arrive at Crown Point Ecology Center where activities, farm animals and trail access will be available to enjoy prior and during the buffet dinner. The location for dinner and the Road Rally awards ceremony is at Crown Point Ecology Center, 3220 Ira Road. The cost for dinner is $18 per person with children aged 6 and under eating for free.

 

Buffet Dinner begins at 5pm

Road Rally Award announcements begin at 5:45PM.

It is not required for Road Rally participants to purchase a dinner to attend the awards ceremony.

You are welcome to participate in any combination of the day's events (participation in all 3 segments is not required).

Ready to register? Keep in mind:

• No registration or RSVP is needed for the Ice Cream Social. Just show up!

• The Road Rally registration fee is $18 per car. 

• The buffet dinner is $18 per person aged 7 and older. Kids 6 and under eat free but must be signed up at the same time as the adults in your group.
