BBA's member spotlight series is excited to feature not only Kleidon & Associates but also their talented graphic designer, Taylor Smith, who has been honored as AAF-Akron Intern of the Year.
Taylor Smith is a recent graduate of the University of Akron’s graphic design program, and was nominated for the award by her employer, where she interned for a year before joining the fulltime staff. During her internship, Smith’s helped the agency win multiple design awards for her work for local and national clients. Her own work as a student also received recognition at local and district levels. Her design work has been used in many social media campaigns, branding projects and website design and layout efforts.
“We are proud of Taylor and are lucky to have her on our team,” said Kurt Kleidon, president of Kleidon & Associates. “Her personality and strong ability to solve a client’s challenge through graphic design continue to impress.”
Smith said that this award was a wonderful surprise. “There are a lot of talented students and interns in the area, and to be chosen as one of the best is an honor.”
